Yes, you can reschedule! You have 24 hours before the start time of your scheduled session.

Hey, it sometimes happens! 5 minutes is no problem. Anything 10-15 minutes over will unfortunately not be added to your time because of my work schedule.

As long it's not before the 24-hour window of your appointment, you're fine. You will receive a refund on the card you made the purchase on.
